Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to orders placed through the Terroir online shop by consumers and businesses.

2. Contracting party

The purchase contract is concluded with Khashayar Yahyazade, Terroir, Karl-Rudolf-Str. 172, 40215 Düsseldorf, Germany.

3. Formation of contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order. Before completing the order, you can review and correct your entries.

By submitting the order, you make a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in your cart. The contract is concluded when we accept the order. Acceptance may take place, in particular, by an appropriate confirmation or by dispatching the goods.

4. Prices and shipping costs

All prices shown in the online shop are stated in euros and include statutory VAT where applicable.

Shipping charges may apply in addition to the product prices. Standard shipping within Germany costs €4.90. Standard shipping within Germany is free from an eligible merchandise value of €59.00.

Standard shipping to the other EU launch countries supported by Terroir costs €9.90 and is free from an eligible merchandise value of €99.00.

The shipping charge applicable to the specific order is displayed in checkout before the order is completed. Further information is available under Shipping & Payment.

5. Payment

The payment methods available for the particular order are shown in checkout before the order is completed. Payment is processed through the checkout used by Terroir and the payment service providers integrated into it. These include, in particular, Shopify Payments and PayPal where the respective payment method is available for the specific order.

6. Delivery

At launch, Terroir delivers to Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Austria, Luxembourg, Denmark, the Czech Republic, Poland, Sweden, Spain and Italy.

Delivery is generally provided as tracked standard delivery. The delivery options, charges and any delivery estimates applicable to a particular order are shown in checkout.

7. Right of withdrawal

Consumers generally have the statutory right of withdrawal. Details of the requirements, periods and consequences are set out in our Right of Withdrawal.

8. Food product information

For the coffee products offered, legally required product information is provided in accordance with applicable food-law requirements. Information relating to the specific batch may be provided on the product packaging.

9. Warranty

Statutory warranty provisions apply.

10. Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
