At launch, Terroir delivers to Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Austria, Luxembourg, Denmark, the Czech Republic, Poland, Sweden, Spain and Italy.

Shipping service

Shipping is generally provided as tracked standard delivery. The shipping options actually available for a specific order are shown during checkout.

Shipping within Germany

Standard shipping within Germany costs €4.90. Standard shipping is free from an eligible merchandise subtotal of €59.00.

Shipping to the other launch countries

Standard shipping to the other supported launch countries costs €9.90. Standard shipping is free from an eligible merchandise subtotal of €99.00.

Payment

The payment methods available for a specific order are shown during checkout. Payments are processed through the Shopify checkout used by Terroir and the payment service providers integrated into it.

These include, in particular, Shopify Payments and PayPal where the respective payment method is available for the specific order.
