Brewing Recipe: Filter
Dose
Dose 30 g of freshly roasted, medium-ground coffee into a rinsed paper filter.
Temperature
Heat the brewing water to 93 °C.
Bloom
Pour 100 g of water and allow the coffee to bloom for 45 seconds.
Complete
Complete the brew with two additional pours of 200 g and 200 g, aiming for a total brew time of 2:30 - 3:00 minutes.
