Mustefa Abakeno’s Beshasha is a washed Ethiopian coffee built around clarity and delicate aromatics. Grown around Jimma in Western Ethiopia, the 74110 and 74112 varieties bring an elegant profile of elderflower and black tea, lifted by the fresh citrus character of pomelo. A clean and expressive coffee made for filter brewing.

Brewing Recipe: Filter
Dose
Use 15 g of coffee.
Temperature
Heat the brewing water to 93°C.
Bloom
Pour 60 g of water and allow the coffee to bloom for 30 seconds.
Complete
Complete the brew with additional pours of 100 g and 80 g, reaching 240 g total water and aiming for a total brew time of 2:40–3:20 minutes.
