Dose
Dose 15 g of freshly roasted, medium-ground coffee into a rinsed paper filter.
Temperature
Heat the brewing water to 93 °C.
Bloom
Pour 50 g of water and allow the coffee to bloom for 30 seconds.
Complete
Pour 100 g, then another 100 g, aiming for a total brew time of 2:30–3:00 minutes.
