Dose
Use 15 g of coffee.
Temperature
Heat the brewing water to 93 °C.
Bloom
Pour 50 g of water and allow the coffee to bloom for 45 seconds.
Complete
Complete the brew with two additional pours of 120 g and 80 g, aiming for a total brew time of 2:30–3:00 minutes.
